Delivery Information & Times

Delivery Charges

All goods are sent by a recognised courier and a standard delivery charge of £9.50 (net of VAT) will apply to all orders delivered within the UK Mainland Only. Overseas shipments are available at request and further cost. Please contact our Customer Services department for more information.

Delivery Time

Delivery time for the majority of our products is estimated at 7 - 10 working days, the first working day after purchase being day one. You will receive a phonecall a minimum of 24 hours prior to the delivery date to confirm which day your order will be delivered.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, typically between 9am and 5pm. We can not allocate an exact time of delivery; however we can arrange for a courtesy call to be made 1 hour prior to arrival (please discuss this option when you receive the delivery confirmation phonecall).

Certain products are made to order and take can up to 3 - 4 working weeks to be delivered and are labelled as being so on their description pages.
