Terms of Use
Please read our terms and conditions carefully before purchasing goods from Computer Furniture Warehouse. The Computer Furniture Warehouse brand and this website are owned and operated by Bannerbridge plc.
Placing an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions, however this will not affect either your statutory rights or the protection you may be given by your credit card company. We reserve the right, where necessary, to make changes to this website and to change our terms and conditions at any time.
Secure online credit card transactions made via this website are processed by Protx.
Price
All prices given are quoted net of VAT. Orders for customers with a credit account will be shipped after reference to our credit manager. All card payments are positively sanctioned prior to despatch. Please ensure details entered are correct to avoid delays in shipping.
Order Process
We aim to dispatch most items within 7-10 working days however please allow up to 21 days for shipment. Should we not be able to supply a certain item, you will receive either an email or telephone call from us when the order is placed.
UK Mainland Delivery
All goods are sent by a recognised courier and a standard delivery charge of £9.50 (net of VAT) will apply to all orders delivered within the UK Mainland Only. Overseas shipments are available at request and further cost, click here to make an enquiry.
Payment and Title
Credit cards will be debited at the time that we receive your online order and once we have verified your card details and stock availability. Where a credit account has been granted, we will let you know if the value of your order is within the terms of your credit limit. If it is not, we will advise which payment arrangements will be acceptable. Title to any goods ordered on this site will pass to you upon delivery, provided that we have received payment in full. Otherwise title to the goods remains with us until payment in full is received.
Returns Policy
There will be occasions when it is necessary to return products to us. The reasons for this will fall into one of the following categories
. Goods damaged in transit
. Defective product
. Incorrect product, either supplied or ordered
Where goods have been ordered incorrectly, a 20% re-stocking charge will be applied.
When returning goods, a returns number, issued by Customer Services , must accompany the items being sent back. Any goods returned without a valid returns number, will not be accepted.
Warranty/Guarantee
All products sold carry a twelve month return to base warranty unless otherwise stated. Please contact Customer Services , who will issue a returns number. In the event of exchanges only one of each product ordered may have been opened, the remainder must be returned in the original packaging, in merchantable condition together with the opened product. Goods will only be accepted with a valid returns number.
